Yoga with Leah & Jan

Leah Foley and Jan McCrerie are two yoga teachers who get along well each others. They have been coming to Yuva for 4 yeas. They know meaning of yoga holiday and they literally combine their yoga retreats with holiday, Leah & Jan prefer to Yuva for retreats with their approximately 40 students and they are coming each year for two weeks.

If we would like to mention about them;

Jan first came to yoga in 1982 and has been practising yoga ever since. She attended her first Sivananda yoga class in 2000. This inspired her to go to the Sivananda ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, South India to do her teachers training where she completed her Leah Foley , Yoga Teacher, Reflexologist, Reiki and Indian Head Massage Therapist: I teach Yoga regularly to all ages and abilities .I am a fully qualified, insured and dedicated member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and also a trained Reiki and Indian Head Massage Therapist. I have an ABC Level 3 Diploma from the AOR and a CPD’s in Reflexology and Cancer , Advanced Spinal Nerve Reflexology & Hand Reflexology.
